At Miss Dubai, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every purchase to be a positive experience and every piece to meet your expectations.
If, for any reason, your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly for all eligible items.
General Terms
Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- New, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original garment tags attached.
- Return request made within 14 days of delivery.
- Do not return items to the shipping label address; returns must go to our authorized warehouse provided after approval.
- Notify Customer Service within 24 hours if the item arrives damaged.
- Always contact us before sending any returns; unauthorized returns may not be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
To return or exchange an item:
- Email support@missdubai.asiandokan.com with subject: "Return Request: #XXXXXX (Your Order Number)".
- Include details of the item(s) and reason for return.
- Only one return request per order is allowed.
- Our team will provide the return form and instructions once your request is received.
Important Notes
- A AED 18 restocking fee (~$4.99 equivalent) applies per return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once an order is replaced, it cannot be replaced or refunded again.
- Late returns (after 14 days) will be returned to you without refund.
Special Sale Items
Items purchased during special sales (e.g., Ramadan Sale, Dubai Shopping Festival) are eligible for **store credit only**, not cash refunds.
Refund Payment
Refunds are processed according to your payment method:
- Gift Card Payments: Refund issued as store credit for full value.
- Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Afterpay:
- Option 1 – Store Credit Bonus (Recommended): Full item value + 15% bonus. Credit never expires.
- Option 2 – Original Payment Refund: Refund to original method minus AED 18 restocking fee and shipping cost.

Additional Information
- Minor variations like loose threads, fabric texture, or slight color differences are normal and not considered defects.
- Returns for style preference, color choice, or change of mind are not quality-related.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, improper care, alterations, or repairs are ineligible.
- Please use our size chart to select your size. Slight variations between items of the same size are normal.
