Delivery

We carefully prepare each order before dispatch. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days for UAE orders. Orders placed after 2 PM Friday or during weekends are processed on the following Sunday.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

NOTE: Delivery time = Processing (1–2 business days) + Transit (see table). Exact transit times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

All orders shipped within the UAE are VAT-inclusive. You will never be asked to pay additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

Delivery times are always stated in business days.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused deliveries incur both the original delivery cost and the return shipping fee. Refunds will be issued minus these combined costs.
