Shipping
Do you ship overseas? +
Yes, we ship to the US, Europe, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. Shipping charges will appear at checkout. For more details, please check our Shipping Page.
How long does it take to process orders? +
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed after Friday cutoff will begin processing on Monday. You will receive a tracking email once shipped.
What shipping carriers do you use? +
We work with major international shipping companies and trusted local couriers.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 7–15 days depending on the method. During sale events, processing may take longer.
Where can I track my order? +
Once dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link. You can track anytime on our “Track Order” page.
Do I have to pay import fees? +
For EU orders, we ship DDP — meaning we cover all import fees.
Why is my order delayed? +
Possible reasons:

  • Credit verification delays
  • Remote delivery location
  • Courier backlogs
Returns
Can I return a product? +
Yes, returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Final sale items not eligible. Sale-period items refunded as store credit.
How can I return an order? +
You can book your return through our Return Page and follow the instructions.
Are there any return costs? +
Faulty/incorrect items → we cover the return cost. Other reasons → customer pays return shipping.
How will I be refunded? +
Refunds issued to the original payment method or store credit. Processing time: 2–5 working days after item received.
